Cash flow plan

Cash surprises are over. See the low point today.

The next 13 weeks, from your bank, bills, invoices and VAT.

Cash today

It starts from what’s really in the bank.

Every account you can spend or move today counts as cash, each with its balance and when it last synced. A notice account, petty cash and payouts still on their way stay out, and you can switch any of them.

On every plan

Day by day

Every payment, on the day it lands.

Invoices on their expected date, bills on their pay-on date, VAT and the pay run on their own dates. Day by day, week by week, and on a calendar. All by payment date and including VAT, in euros at today’s ECB rate.

On every plan

Move a payment

Move a bill a week. Watch the low point lift.

Pay two bills later and the short stretch is gone: “Covered. The lowest point is now €40.860,75 on Mon 2 Nov.” Or agree to pay a supplier in parts, with a note, and the plan spreads it over the Fridays. What-ifs try a bigger change without touching the plan.

Ask, and hear on Mondays

An answer when you ask. An email every Monday.

Ask Cybooks “Can I pay Ionian Crane Parts this week?” and get the numbers with their source. Every Monday morning an email says what comes in, what goes out and the lowest point ahead; the bell rings when cash will run short.

Questions

Is this my budget?

No. The plan is money in and out of the bank by payment date, including VAT. The budget measures profit against plan by book date, net of VAT.

Which accounts count as cash?

A balance you can spend or move today: bank feeds, manual bank accounts and PayPal by default. Payouts from Shopify, Stripe or Amazon count when they reach your bank; cash on hand and cards stay out unless you switch them on.

Can it move my money?

No. Moving a payment changes the plan and the bill’s pay-on date, never the bank.

What about other currencies?

Everything is shown in your base currency at today’s ECB rate.

Who sees salaries?

Only people who can see payroll. Everyone else sees one payroll line of totals.
