What happens with no policy?
Nothing changes: bills post and pay exactly as before.
Can Cybooks AI approve on its own?
Only bills, only if you switch it on, only up to the limit you set (never above €500,00), and never a first bill, a changed IBAN or a possible duplicate. One click takes its approval back.
Can I approve from the email?
No. The email opens the bill after you sign in, so a forwarded email can’t approve anything.
Do payment reminders need Premium?
No. The three reminder emails are on every plan. Premium adds steps around them.
What if an approver is on leave?
Approved leave marks them away and someone else is asked; after the days you choose, admins can approve too.
