The Cyprus Department of Registrar of Companies (D.R.C.) is the primary official government body responsible for maintaining records of registered businesses in Cyprus.
Accessing information through the D.R.C. can be a straightforward process if you know where to look and what you need. Below is a guide on how to effectively use their services.

Using the Official Portal
The D.R.C. provides an online portal that allows users to search for company information. The portal can be accessed at https://efiling.drcor.mcit.gov.cy/. Through this portal, you can find valuable details about any registered company in Cyprus, including basic company data, directors, shareholders, and financial filings.
For each company data file you need to pay 10.00 EUR. This is an official service from the Cypriot Gouvernement. You don't have to pay 50.00 EUR or even more for services that want to sell you these data.

- Go to the Government e-Services page
- Click on create a company profile to create a profile
Upon successful account creation, you gain access to the platform's comprehensive search functionality, enabling you to retrieve all submitted financial documents for a specific company.
Let's proceed with conducting a search to obtain an audit report from an actual company. To initiate this process, we must first locate the company within the company register by entering its official name.
Step-by-Step Guide to Performing a Basic Company Search
1. Visit the D.R.C. Portal:
Go to the official company search which is also called e-search. You can now start your first search for the company you want information about.Cybooks company search
Search faster for any company that's registered in Cyprus.
2. Search for a company:
Within the search criteria box, search for the company that you wish to have more data for and click the Go button
3. Select the company:
If you get multiple results, select the specific company you want to view.
4. Study file
After locating your company, proceed to access its data:
- Find the Study File option.
- Click on Study File to begin accessing the company's information.
5. Login
Now login with the account that you've created within the Register for Government e-Services step.
6. Search for the company
To continue:
- Enter the company name or registration number you obtained in step 2
- Click the Search button to find the company.
7. Choose the company
Now choose the company from the search results and click the More Details button
8. Confirm to study the file
You see now an overview about the company and also the filing history. To gain access to the audit of the company, click the Study File checkbox, after click Submit at the top right of the page.
9. Go the esearch basket
We're almost there. Now click the Esearch Basket link to come to the basket, to be able to pay to access the data ...
It takes a few seconds or a minute until you see something within the basket. Hit the Refresh button if you don't see a result.
10. Access the files
Now that you've paid for the files, you need to go back to the company register page and click Workspace.
Click on the result to access the data ...
You can access the data 24 hours, so make sure to download everything you need to have.
After 24 hours, you can't access the data within your workspace anymore and you need to buy it again.
